We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as cash and personal checks. We accept many insurance plans including most major PPO's. To find out if we accept your plan, please call our office.
Billing services provided through Collectly.
Billing prompts are sent electronically via email or text which will link you to the customer service and payment portal. Paper statements are not generated to ensure delivery since the postal service continues to struggle with timeliness. You may at any time access and print billing documentation through your Collectly personal portal.
Questions regarding bills are addressed either by the online dispute button which is accessed via your billing prompt or via phone at (800) 827-3797. Collectly customer service is available during normal business hours.
For patients with balances over $500.00 we now offer payment plans. Payment plans are established exclusively through the Collectly platform.
